Being able to demonstrate exercises to clients is an important part of being a physio.

Diane stays in shape by doing yoga, pilates, weight training and walking.

She has also started learning ballet this year, at the age of 56. It is an interesting and enlightening experience to be in the shoes of an absolute beginner, as this is how many people feel when they embark on a rehab program after significant surgery or a severe accident.
